Ordered this shifter with my R5 bundle. I can only compare it to the Logitech shifter as far as sim gear goes- but it feels great.
I didn't hate my Logitech set-up but I always hated the shifter. It felt too light and toy-ish, I guess. Not like a real car.
This one feels solid, clunky, and mechanical. you can get your hand around it and It wants to pull its self into gear like a real car. I haven't tried the auto blip feature yet, but that seems neat.

The product does not claim support with Xbox at any point. This is purely error on your end when you chose this product. Always do some research BEFORE buying.
I have not bought this yet, MOZA is so expensive but I'm looking at it. I'd probably get this gearstick when the time comes where I do buy stuff from here, but the top left and right gears (Reverse and Gear 7) I don't like. That's not realistic! You have to, in most vehicles, lift up the knob thingy and go into gear one for reverse, and also the way there's slots instead of "invisible walls" inside to stop you from going into a different gear without moving the stick up/down just ruins the feel.
