MOZA Racing x The Crew Motorfest Photography Contest Terms and Conditions

1.Acceptance of Rules
Entry into the MOZA Racing x TCM Aircraft Photography Contest (“Giveaway”) constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

2.Eligibility:
Participation is open to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their country of residence and are players of The Crew Motorfest.
Employees of MOZA Racing, its affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are ineligible.

3.Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on [April 30th 2025] at [9:00 a.m. EDT] and ends on [May 14th 2025] at [9:00 p.m. EDT] (the “Contest Period”).

4.Entry Requirements:
To participate in the giveaway, entry methods must adhere to the requirements outlined in the contest announcement and any other specified rules, with only one entry per person allowed, and fraudulent attempts will lead to disqualification.

5.Prize Details:
1.Grand prize: AB9 FFB Base + MH16 Flightstick + MTP Throttle Panel (Full sim setup!) and 500,000 Crew Credits
2.2nd prize: AB9 Base + MA3X Sidestick and 300,000 Crew Credits
3.3rd prize: R3 PC Bundle and 200,000 Crew Credits
4.4th prize: KS Steering Wheel and 100,000 Crew Credits
5.5th prize: HGP Shifter + HBP Handbrake Combo and 50,000 Crew Credits
For the purpose of prize fulfillment and delivery of Crew Credits, we will request your shipping address and in-game username in The Crew Motorfest.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
MOZA Racing reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.
Prizes exclude insurance, taxes, fees, gratuities, and incidental expenses. Winners are solely responsible for taxes and compliance with local laws. MOZA Racing may withhold prizes pending tax payments if legally required.
MOZA Racing disclaims all liability for prize delivery, use, safety, or performance.

5.Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen by MOZA Racing and TCM within 7 days after the conclusion of the giveaway period from eligible entries.
The odds of winning depend on the quality of the submitted photographs.

6.Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified exclusively via email or direct message from MOZA Racing’s official channels (e.g., @mozaracing.com emails or verified social media accounts) within 5 days of selection. Do not respond to, trust, or share personal information with any other source claiming to represent this Giveaway. MOZA Racing will never request payment or sensitive details to claim a prize.
Winners must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond or comply with rules results in forfeiture and alternate winner selection.
Prizes forfeited due to ineligibility, non-compliance, or undeliverable notifications may be re-awarded at MOZA Racing’s discretion.

7.Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow MOZA Racing to use their name, likeness, and feedback for promotional purposes without any further compensation.

8.Privacy:
Personal data collected will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and prize fulfillment. Data handling complies with MOZA Racing’s Privacy Policy: https://mozaracing.com/privacy-policy.

9.General Terms：
MOZA Racing reserves the right to disqualify violators of these rules or participants engaging in fraud.
MOZA Racing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Participants agree to abide by MOZA Racing’s final decisions.
Trademarks, logos, or intellectual property referenced herein belong to their respective owners.
