I guess you don’t really know what you have been missing until you try it. Having force feedback in your flight controls is amazing. I will certainly be picking up their yoke as well
I love the Mozart base
The AB9 is built like a tank and weighs almost as much as one. It did require me to modify my next level racing set up for installation, but this was accomplished with relative ease. I purchased an adapter bracket from a third party that was 3-D printed and had to trim some of the foam on my seat cushion, but once that was accomplished, the device now fits perfectly and as well positioned for gameplay. There are several premade aircraft profiles that can be selected from within the well designed software. For those aircraft that don’t have a profile, the existing ones provide for a starting point, which can be tweaked to your liking.The AB9 shines when flying helicopters as it allows you too mimic force trim so that you’re not constantly fighting against the springs of a traditional joystick base.
I am new to flight simulators. But after much research I came to the conclusion that forced feedback made the most sense. Besides the Moza I also purchased a Brunner yoke CLS. The price for the Moza is much better and so far works excellent. If the MOZA AB9 holds up for the long run, you won't be able to beat the price and realistic feel.
Take the time to understand the interface and configuration settings. Not plug and play. Very cool addition to MSFS2024. Great to have force feedback again. Extremely well made.
Was a bit worried about compatibility with virpil, but everything is fine. It is only f14 grip whose analog DLC axis is only mapped as buttons. Hardware of moza itself is sturdy, motors strong enough enough for my setup with extension stick (20 cm). Very happy with it for the use in DCS.
ive had the moza ab9 for about a month now, and it was totally worth the money, really good feel, havent experienced any problems with the software, i can only reccomend this
I purchased the AB9 a month ago and haven’t used my Thrustmaster Warthog or Honeycomb bravo yoke since. The emersion using your AB9 FFB base is a real game changer! The built quality is excellent as is the price. No one else even comes close to what you guys offer. Keep up the good work and I look forward to see what other flight sim products you come up with.
