MOZA Care+ Policy:

All consumers receive a 2-year warranty on all MOZA Bases and a 1-year warranty on steering wheels, pedals, and accessories. Additionally, MOZA now offers MOZA Care+, a new paid warranty extension service that provides an extra 1-year warranty for eligible products.

Eligible Models for MOZA Care+:

• Bases: R9 V2 Wheel Base, R12 Wheel Base, R16 Wheel Base, R21 Wheel Base,
• Bundles: Trucking Bundle, R3 Racing Wheel and Pedals for PC, R3 Racing Wheel and Pedals for Xbox & PC, R5 Bundle
• Steering Wheels: Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse Essenza SCV12 Sim-Racing Steering Wheel, CS V2P Steering Wheel, GS V2P GT wheel, RS V2 Steering Wheel, Vision GS Wheel, TSW Truck Wheel, KS Steering Wheel, FSR Formula wheel
• Pedals: CRP2 Load Cell Pedals, SR-P Pedals

MOZA Care+ Terms and Conditions

MOZA Care+ extends the original 1 (or 2) year warranty by an additional year. Before purchasing MOZA Care+, please carefully review these terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as “this Agreement”) to understand the rights and benefits you receive from this service. The extended warranty is provided by Gudsen Technology (HK) Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “MOZA”), and repair services are delivered by MOZA’s designated post-sales service providers.

By purchasing the MOZA Care+ extended warranty service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, please do not proceed with purchasing.

1.1 Eligible Products: The MOZA Care+ warranty extension applies to specific models. Please refer to the list below for eligible products:

1.2 MOZA Care+ Coverage:

MOZA Care+ provides additional coverage for one year, beginning at 12:00 AM the day after the original warranty period expires and ending at 11:59 PM on the last day of the extended warranty. (Refer to section 2.1 for further details.)

1.3 Service Frequency: If your product is eligible, MOZA will provide unlimited repair services throughout the service period, as long as the product has been used normally and complies with the conditions stated in section 1.5.

1.4 Service Location: Repairs will be conducted at the original place of purchase based on MOZA’s official store order details. If you request service to a different delivery address, you will be responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.

1.5 Service Applicability: The MOZA Care+ covers damage from normal use during the service period, except when the damage arises from intentional misuse or falls under the exclusions defined in section 2.3.

1.6 Service Details: Once the MOZA post-sales department verifies your product’s eligibility under section 1.5, you will be entitled to unlimited free repairs throughout the MOZA Care+ coverage period. MOZA will cover all material, labor, and logistics costs related to the repairs.

1.7 Service Commitment: MOZA Care+ ensures that your product will perform normally following repairs, provided the damage meets the eligibility criteria in section 1.1 and does not fall under the exclusions in section 2.3.

Please review the following precautions carefully before purchasing MOZA Care+.

2.1 Purchase Options:

When purchasing MOZA Care+, you have two options:

 1.      Purchase with Applicable Products

Buy MOZA Care+ at the same time as the eligible products. It will automatically be linked to your MOZA product and take effect once the product is activated. 

 2.      Purchase Within 31 Days of Product Activation

If you didn’t purchase MOZA Care+ alongside the product, you can still buy it within 31 days of activation. You will need to provide the product’s serial number for verification.

2.2 Repair Eligibility:

If the product model and serial number of the item sent for repair do not match the information recorded in the MOZA Care+ system, or if the relevant information is altered or missing and you cannot provide supporting evidence, you will not be eligible for MOZA Care+ coverage.

2.3 Exclusions:

MOZA Care+ does not cover issues that are not related to the product’s manufacturing quality, including but not limited to:

(1) Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification of the product, as well as damage resulting from improper installation, use, or operation contrary to the instruction manuals;

(2) Damage caused by computer viruses or malicious codes that disrupt normal product functionality;

(3) Loss or damage to data, programs, or software not essential for the basic function of the product;

(4) Failure or damage resulting from accidental or human causes, such as water immersion, shock, drops, or burnt-out printed circuit boards and functional devices;

(5) Damage from illegal activities involving the product;

(6) Direct or indirect damage from force majeure events, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters (typhoons, floods, tornadoes, etc.), and other extreme weather events;

2.4 Limitations of MOZA’s Liability

MOZA shall not be liable for the following losses or expenses:

(1) Repair requests not covered by MOZA Care+;

(2) Any losses, expenses, or liabilities not outlined in this document;

(3) Costs associated with upgrading or improving product performance;

(4) Any property damage or financial losses resulting from the use of the product;

(5) Repairs or returns that are conducted outside of MOZA’s authorized service locations.

3. MOZA Care+ Service Process

3.1 During your MOZA Care+ coverage, you can initiate a repair request through the MOZA official Post-Sales Service Center or by contacting support@mozaracing.com.

3.2 Please note that submitting a repair request requires you to provide essential documentation, including:

• Purchase invoice
• Purchase list
• MOZA Care+ Agreement number
• Any other relevant documents (for special models or cases, please include any additional documentation as specified by MOZA).

3.3 Once your post-sales service ticket is approved, follow the instructions from MOZA customer service to send the product that needs repair to the designated MOZA repair location.

3.4 Upon receiving the product, MOZA will perform a re-inspection. If your repair request is eligible under MOZA Care+ coverage, the MOZA repair team will either repair or replace your product and return it to you. Please note that any damaged parts or products replaced during the repair process will belong to MOZA.

4. Cancellation of MOZA Care+ Coverage

4.1 MOZA Care+ becomes effective when linked to the warranty product and is non-transferable to third parties.

4.2 If a product covered by MOZA Care+ is returned for a refund within 7 calendar days of receipt or exchanged for a replacement within 15 calendar days, your MOZA Care+ can either be canceled (with a refund) or transferred to the replacement product. Additionally, you may cancel your MOZA Care+ separately within 15 calendar days of purchase.

4.3 Each eligible product can only be linked to MOZA Care+ once. If the serial number changes due to a product exchange within the warranty period, you may update the serial number associated with MOZA Care+ and extend its validity accordingly.

4.4 Coverage under MOZA Care+ will terminate upon the expiration of the validity period specified in this agreement.

5. Information Security

MOZA is committed to safeguarding your online shopping and personal information. You acknowledge that, in order to fulfill the MOZA Care+ coverage, MOZA may require you to provide necessary information (including your name, phone number, email address, the serial number of the purchased product, proof of purchase, warranty agreement number, and your country/region) to verify eligibility for the service. MOZA will use this information solely for this purpose and will delete or anonymize any personal data once it is no longer needed. For more information on how MOZA collects, processes, and protects your personal data, please refer to the MOZA “Privacy Policy.”

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the MOZA product is purchased and shall be interpreted accordingly. 

Regardless of the above provisions, you remain protected by the applicable laws of your country/region. Nothing in this agreement (including these terms) affects your rights as a consumer under the mandatory provisions of local laws, including your right to seek dispute resolution from relevant consumer protection agencies or courts in your country/region.
