After going over a long list or online reviews I decided to buy this shifter as the newest addition to my setup and it is built very well and the mount makes it very easy to attach it to my desk, overall a great shifter and I can't recommend it more
Order was delivered to wrong address , on picture the driver picture the box with the correct address, look at it , take a picture of the house , where he dropped it , the house number and still act like if he did his job right . Took over a month to support to FINALLY acknowledge a valid response on the fourth tickets done

Shifter is great, best I’ve ever used. Only downside is you cannot adjust tension at all..you cannot adjust anything. Never heard back from customer service either. Ordered Trucking Bundle, I’ll give a review after I receive it

The shifter has a overall great feel to it I would have given it 5 stars but it is very loud everytime you shift
I spent about 30 mins assembling everything no biggie. Now once trying to download the correct firmware for everything to work is driving me insane. Base and wheel are functioning but the hgp shifter which I’m really excited about won’t calibrate or read any gears to save its life. Brand new out the box I rolled back firmware multiple times along with the updates and nothing.
