Warranty Policy

MOZA Racing warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship for all products sold by www.mozaracing.com. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper deployment, misuse, accidents, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to us for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired, exchanged, or refunded. For more information about repair, exchange, and returns, please visit our website’s return policy.

  • Update: Extended Warranty for All MOZA Wheel Bases

To enhance your experience and reaffirm our commitment to quality, care, and support, we’ve extended the warranty period for all MOZA wheel bases. Now, every MOZA wheel base comes with a 2-year warranty (extended by 1 year), while warranty periods for other products remain unchanged.

This extended warranty applies exclusively to purchases made through MOZA’s official channels and authorized distributors. Please refer to the table below for the specific warranty durations for each product.

 

Warranty Period

Consumers are responsible for the shipping costs when sending their product(s) back if permission is granted by Gudsen, 

Technical Support will examine and identify the problem and responsibility; Gudsen will cover all the test costs, material costs, labor costs, and delivery fees when sending the repaired product back to customers if it is a quality problem.

If the product is deemed not to be covered by this warranty, we will contact the customer to accept the repair cost, or on its option, have the product returned to the customer;

How to Get Warranty Services?

For products under warranty service, once you have made a decision to return items, please email support@mozaracing.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we have received your return with all required documents, you will receive a refund that is in stock within 5-7 business days or refunded within 7 business days.
