MOZA Launches HMA150 Motion System and Expands Its Racing, Flight and Farming Lineup

The July 28 launch introduces MOZA’s first full-cockpit motion system, new force feedback flight controls, upgraded direct drive racing hardware, the MOZA Farming Control System and AI-powered software.

July 28, 2026 – MOZA today announced one of its largest product launches to date, introducing new hardware and software across motion, flight, racing and farming simulation.

The launch is led by the MOZA HMA150 Haptic Motion System, built around four HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuators, together with MOZA Motion Manager and AI Motion.

MOZA also introduced the R16 Ultra Direct Drive Wheel Base, the R5 Pro Racing Simulator, the MOZA Farming Control System, the AY90 Force Feedback Yoke Base and MFY Pro Yoke Handle.

Together, the new products expand MOZA into full-cockpit motion and farming simulation, while giving racing and flight users more options to build and upgrade their setups.

MOZA HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuator

Motion Feedback Across the Entire Cockpit

The MOZA HMA150 extends simulation feedback beyond the steering wheel and pedals, allowing users to feel vehicle movement through the entire cockpit.

Built around four HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuators, the system reproduces pitch, roll and heave effects, including braking dive, acceleration, weight transfer, suspension movement, elevation changes, curb strikes, collisions and road surface vibration.

With 150 mm of travel, speeds of up to 300 mm/s, acceleration exceeding 1G under supported load conditions, a maximum platform payload of 350 kg and vibration effects of up to 200 Hz, the HMA150 combines large platform movements with detailed high-frequency feedback.

The system uses MOZA-developed servo motors, control algorithms, structural engineering and software. Its integrated controller reduces the space normally required by a separate control box, while an emergency stop switch and controlled descent protection provide additional safety during operation.

The HMA150 is controlled through MOZA Motion Manager, where users can load official presets and adjust motion range, overall intensity, individual movement axes and vibration effects.

MOZA AI Motion

Motion Feedback Beyond Native Telemetry

Integrated into MOZA Motion Manager, AI Motion analyzes in-game visuals and audio in real time to identify gameplay actions and trigger the corresponding motion and vibration effects. Each scenario activates its own combination of motion and vibration, allowing the physical response to better reflect the action taking place on screen rather than relying on a single generic effect.

AI Motion is designed to complement, rather than replace, native telemetry. When telemetry data is available, MOZA Motion Manager uses it to generate precise, physics-driven feedback based on real-time game data. When telemetry is unavailable, AI Motion analyzes gameplay directly and generates matching haptic effects, extending immersive physical feedback to a wider range of titles. Through MOZA Motion Manager, users can adjust the intensity of individual events and set output limits to balance immersion, comfort and personal preference.

MOZA R16 Ultra Direct Drive Wheel Base

More Detail for Competitive Sim Racing

The MOZA R16 Ultra Direct Drive Wheel Base is designed for experienced sim racers seeking stronger, clearer and more responsive force feedback.

It delivers 16 Nm of direct drive torque and uses a flat-wire motor architecture to increase torque density while maintaining a compact design.

A 21-bit magnetic encoder captures detailed steering input and motor movement, helping the system reproduce changes in grip, weight transfer, surface texture and vehicle balance.

Powered by a 600 MHz processor and MOZA’s NexGen FFB Algorithm 4.0, the R16 Ultra processes vehicle data with low latency and reproduces finer force feedback detail.

A new force feedback interpolation algorithm has been introduced. When enabled, it intelligently smooths transitions between adjacent signals, eliminating graininess, jolts, and stepped sensations in the feedback. This allows high-frequency details, such as road textures and curb vibrations, to be delivered to the driver smoothly, continuously, and accurately.

Through MOZA Pit House, users can adjust force feedback strength, response, damping and other parameters to match different vehicles, simulators and driving preferences.

The R16 Ultra remains compatible with MOZA steering wheels, pedals and racing accessories, providing an upgrade option for users already within the MOZA Racing ecosystem.

MOZA R5 Pro Racing Simulator

A Complete Entry Into Direct Drive Racing

The MOZA R5 Pro Racing Simulator brings together the main hardware required to begin direct drive sim racing in one complete package.

It includes a 6 Nm direct drive wheel base, ES Lite Steering Wheel, SRP Lite2 Pedals and a desk clamp. Designed for users moving from controllers, gear-driven wheels or belt-driven systems, it provides a straightforward entry into direct drive racing.

The upgraded R5 Pro Wheel Base delivers 6 Nm of constant direct drive torque, providing greater force feedback strength and additional performance headroom for more detailed, responsive and consistent feedback. A 21-bit high-resolution magnetic encoder with more than two million points of resolution captures finer steering movement, helping reproduce subtle changes in grip, road texture and vehicle balance with greater precision.

The upgraded SRP Lite2 Pedals provide a more refined driving experience while also serving as a foundation for future upgrades. Users can further customize pedal feel with optional Brake Performance Kits and Throttle & Clutch Performance Kits, allowing the system to evolve alongside their driving skills.

For truck simulation users, MOZA also offers the R5 Pro Truck Driving Simulator. It uses the same R5 Pro platform with the MOZA TSW Truck Wheel, providing a larger, truck-style steering experience for long-haul driving and commercial vehicle simulation.

MOZA Farming Control System
