Introducing AI-powered coaching with real-time physical feedback and a new motion ecosystem.
San Francisco, CA – March 9, 2026 – MOZA Racing is redefining immersive simulation at GDC 2026 with the debut of three major innovations: Racing Lab AI Coach, MOZA Motion Manager, and the MOZA HMA150 Motion Actuator. Together, these technologies represent a significant evolution of MOZA's ecosystem, uniting intelligent AI coaching, game-agnostic motion software and high-performance motion hardware into one cohesive platform designed to elevate realism, immersion and performance training.

AI Coach: Racing Lab
An End-to-End Coaching System Integrated with MOZA Hardware
Racing Lab is an AI-powered coaching system for sim racing that integrates intelligent algorithms with MOZA hardware to deliver a comprehensive driver training solution. By actively controlling the MOZA wheelbase and active pedals, Racing Lab allows users to physically experience expert-level steering and pedal inputs, creating an intuitive new way to learn racing techniques.

At its core is a built-in AI Driver developed in-house by the MOZA AI team, trained through Reinforcement Learning to perform at a lap-time comparable to, and in some cases exceeding, top-tier professional drivers. This gives Racing Lab the ability to deliver meaningful feedback not only for beginners and intermediate users, but also for highly skilled and professional-level drivers looking to refine and improve their performance.
While many AI-based driving analysis tools focus primarily on telemetry visualization and post-session data analysis, Racing Lab goes further by combining AI analysis with real-time hardware feedback. Its structured training system guides users from beginner to advanced levels while providing personalized practice paths based on each driver's skill level and training goals.
MOZA HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuator
High-Performance 4-Axis 3DOF Motion Platform
The MOZA HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuator is MOZA’s flagship motion platform and the industry’s first fully in-house developed motion actuator system, combining proprietary motors, integrated control electronics, and self-developed motion control algorithms.
Drawing on years of expertise in servo motor development, MOZA has engineered a purpose-built motor specifically designed to handle every operating condition of the HMA150, delivering exceptional torque density and instantaneous response. High-precision ball screws ensure accurate motion control and high kinetic performance, enabling rapid response and precise positioning across all axes.
The actuator features an integrated control design that eliminates the need for bulky 220V industrial drive boxes and separate servo motor controllers. By embedding all control components directly into the actuator housing, MOZA significantly reduces space requirements while streamlining installation — making professional-grade motion simulation more accessible for home environments.

Configured as a 4-axis, 3DOF system, the HMA150 delivers precise pitch, roll, and heave motion with 150mm of travel, 300 mm/s speed, and peak acceleration exceeding 1g, perfectly synchronizing with every in-game movement detail. The platform features 150Hz high-frequency vibration, surpassing the 100Hz standard of competing flagship products. An ultra-low response time ensures immersive real-time feedback, while a 600MHz high-performance processor paired with a 21-bit magnetic encoder delivers over 2 million resolution steps for precision that approaches real-world driving sensations.
Constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy, the actuator delivers 1g acceleration at a 250kg payload and 0.45g at 350kg, supporting a wide range of cockpit configurations. Powered by a safe 48V low-voltage DC system, the HMA150 is designed for both commercial simulation environments and high-end home setups.
MOZA’s servo actuator technology is designed to reproduce the haptic and motion sensations experienced in real-world racing, bringing a new level of physical realism to simulation platforms while contributing to the broader simulation ecosystem. Through open interfaces and ecosystem partnerships, MOZA aims to collaborate with cockpit manufacturers and system integrators to create more immersive and integrated simulation solutions.
MOZA Motion Manager
AI-Powered Game-Agnostic Motion Feedback

MOZA Motion Manager introduces an AI-powered motion feedback engine that brings immersive motion and haptic effects to AAA titles that do not provide official telemetry or native peripheral support. Instead of relying on telemetry data, the system analyzes in-game visual and audio signals in real time to detect gameplay events such as character actions, impacts, environmental effects, and vehicle behavior. These signals are then translated into synchronized motion and tactile feedback through the MOZA HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuator, enabling immersive physical feedback across a far wider range of games beyond traditional simulation titles, including Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption, and Cyberpunk 2077.
Experience MOZA at GDC 2026
MOZA Racing will showcase live demos of AI Coach: Racing Lab, MOZA Motion Manager, and the MOZA HMA150 Motion Actuator at GDC Festival of Gaming from March 9 to 13, 2026, at the Moscone Center, San Francisco, Booth #1055. Attendees will be able to experience the MOZA ecosystem firsthand through hands-on simulation setups and product demos.
At GDC 2026, MOZA is not only demonstrating its powerful hardware engineering capabilities through the HMA150 Motion Actuator, but also showcasing its software development expertise through two groundbreaking AI technologies. MOZA remains committed to building a self-developed core technology ecosystem: from proprietary motor and electronic control systems, to telemetry and force feedback algorithms, and now AI application development. This long-term investment in R&D reflects MOZA's vision for the future of simulation.
