● All-new Zero-cogging Flat-wire Motor

After years of focused R&D, we’ve continued to bring our automotive engineering excellence into sim racing hardware. With the R21 Ultra and R25 Ultra, we became the first to introduce flat-wire motor technology—widely adopted in new-energy vehicles, aerospace engineering and more—into the sim racing world, making them the world’s first wheelbases equipped with this breakthrough innovation.
The R21 Ultra and the R25 Ultra True Torque Wheelbase are equipped with the MOZA’s next-generation custom flat-wire motor, delivering 21-25Nm of peak torque and offering 26% higher torque density than similarly sized competitors. With true zero cogging, it ensures ultra-smooth rotation and accurately reproduces every detail—from subtle steering inputs to aggressive cornering forces—capturing the full mechanical feel of real-world driving.
Why Flat-wire Motor Technology:
- Higher Torque Density: Flat-wire motor is a more compact and powerful motor for faster acceleration, improved efficiency, dynamic response and a lighter overall system.

R21 Ultra and R25 Ultra are first in the industry to feature the 600MHz High-performance CPU, which leads to higher data processing speeds, enabling high torque conversion rates, ultra-low latency, and the stable operation of advanced force feedback algorithms.
● Redefined Design with RGB Customization

The two new wheelbases feature the refreshed design—Dual RGB light strips along the top edges offer 16.7 million colors and fully customizable lighting effects, including real-time telemetry feedback for ABS, traction control, gear shifts, and flag signals.
