New to DD wheel coming over from G29 this base is a night and day difference. Would recommend this wheel base to all. Extremely happy and not sure why I waited so long to get one. Great job Moza on a great product.

Happy with it, worried a bit about the coil whine

I'm very happy with the base, and how it feels. I'm a bit worried because mine has a coil whine sound. I hope is just that and not a possible future issue

Best sim-racing purchase so far!

Don't get me wrong, the pedals are most important as a first upgrade. But I was running a T248 (gear/belt driven) before the R12, and it is a WORLD away from this. It's my first direct drive wheel, and I was worried it wouldn't be too strong when I saw things like the R16 or R21. This beast is MORE than enough, and I have absolutely zero regrets buying it. Within the first 2 days I beat all my previous PBs, some by over a second. It actually feels like a car, and that makes all the difference for both immersion and performance.

Can't recommend this wheelbase enough, have already sent links to friends that I'm trying to recruit into sim-racing, and though thing feels like a tank... if it ever breaks, I will 100% be buying it again. The performance over any other wheel in the same pricing range makes this a no brainer.

First DD after Fanatec CSW v2.5

Yes it is my first direct drive owning experience. I can only compare with my previous wheel base which is Fanatec Clubsport Wheel Base v2.5 and I can clearly say there is a huge difference. First of all, Moza R12 is very compact, very quite, less heat, easy to install and the most important thing is force feedback feelings is awesome. The top of that, the Moza Pitstop software is very user friendly and beatiful UI expereince.
One minor thing I would say over all to Moza eco-system, it is still lack of offical direct support for major titles like Forza Horizon 5 due to Moza is very new in the market. I believe new titles come with official support directly.
So over all, I am very happy and planing to add new items from Moza product list such as Seq. shifter when it is realased and hand brake. thanks.
