I don't think I should have had to buy this. i ordered it with my bundle based on reviews and looking at the SR-P Lite pedals online, so I never used the brakes without it.
If you're coming from a Logitech set-up, its a world of difference- you need to have it- but it should just be 'the brake' and not require us to buy it separately.

Performance kit is great but not perfect. I sugest short soft spring as a start then get longer tight one for more realistic feel
