Bang for your buck.

I have a Fanatec rig, so I was looking for a Fanatec shifter, only to find the cheapest 'shifter' (combination only) was 260 euros. I decided to check out Moza, and there I found this SGP Sequential Shifter.

Of course it is logical that it's cheaper than the Fanatec, because it's not a combination, but the fact that Fanatec doesn't have cheaper products makes me think they don't care about it. While Moza has the option at least, which is a plus for me.

The product itself is reliable, i use it for EA WRC for over 200 hours now, and there are no faults. The clicking sound is pretty loud, so using it in the night with other people around is not ideal. But other than that, it's a well made product that does what is desired of it.

5 starts, because I paid half price, and got pleasantly surprised.

I might start thinking about changing the base of the wheel as well, since Fanatec seems to have multiple production faults so far (already sent the base back once)

I love this shifter. It has a short throw just like I wanted. It’s a lot quieter than my previous seq shifters. I had a shifter previously that was double the price of this one that was loud and wouldn’t hold tension. Plus this one has 2 mappable LED buttons I would personally like a little more tension, but for the price range on this, it’s unbeatable. If this is you are looking for a shifter in or around this price range, it’s definitely got to be this one. I would say you could spend $100 more on a different shifter and it still wouldn’t be better.
