MOZA GS GT Wheel

Such an amazing experience!

After simracing for a few months, I saw the Boosted Media review of the the R9/GSV1 combo. Immediately, I got the itch to move to DD. I was using a G29 at the time, and while this is a fantastic wheel at the price, I wanted a more immersive feel that would require better equipment.

I started with an R9+CS combo and CRP pedals. And finally, a few months later, I've add the GSV2 w/microfiber.

I like everything about the GS. It feels very solid and sturdy. The shifter pull has a firm, beefy feel. The dual clutch paddles feel great as well, and I've had a lot of fun dialing in my standing starts.

The dials and buttons all have a premium feel. I was surprised at how good the LED-lit buttons look, and it's extremely easy to customize the color layout (MOZA isn't great and providing this info, so you may need to look for a YT video). There are more functions than I need for most cars (especially with the 5 dials), but it's really nice to have extra buttons for things like chat functions. And the button placement is very convenient for use while driving.

Compared to the CS wheel, the GS is clearly at another level of quality and construction. I really like the CS, so this isn't a criticism. It's like the CS is a full level above the G29, and the GS is that same amount better than the CS.

I would highly recommend if the GS is in your price range. It's added a lot to my racing, especially with GT and Formula cars.

Wheel is lacking where they think you won't notice, but for the cost it shouldn't lack and should be f1 esports quality. The shifts are so loud idk how I will use this beautiful wheel. There needs to be a better silencing kit for the paddles. Overall, it looks amazing but is plagued by a plastic back, super loud paddles and squishy non mechanical buttons.

Buttons very ergonomically placed and a good diameter that brings you close to a real wheel experience. In the R9 base it is just right.
